Window handle had snapped off without warning and we had guests leaving and arriving same day. Asked for recommendations for who could sort this at short notice and was recommend to M&N. Almost immediate response to message from both of them, kept up to date with what was going on and managed to be sorted with new handle and fitted the next day after a replacement handle was able to be sourced. Great timeframe and communication throughout. Thanks again the pair of you!
